Often purchases of antique are made before your house is ready. R. Jorgensen Antiques cannot store the antiques for you. Items at R. Jorgensen Antiques are not insured by us so please contact your insurance company. 

R. Jorgensen Antiques 
The cost of shipping is yours. There is no Maine sales tax when your items are professionally shipped out of state. 

R. Jorgensen Antiques does not take any credit cards.

Holds

A hold is the right of first refusal. R. Jorgensen Antiques will attempt to reach you if there is another party interested in the item(s). If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to sell to another customer prior to the hold-cancellation date.

Sales Tax

Maine sales tax (5 1/2%) is due on each item except upon receipt of a valid Sellers Registration/Tax Certificate or if the object is being professionally shipped out of Maine.

Dealer Inquiries

R. Jorgensen Antiques offers a trade discount to professionals holding a valid Sellers Registration/Tax Certificate. The state of Maine honors other state's certificates.

To apply for the trade discount, please include a copy of your form and fax or mail it along with a copy of your Sellers Registration/Tax Certificate (mandatory) to R. Jorgensen Antiques at 207-646-4954 (fax).

After receiving the form and Sellers Registration/Tax Certificate, we will call you to complete the process and give you the discount information. This process only needs to be completed once.
