 Mahogany pedestal desk with inset red leather top. 

This desk has nine drawers, all cock beaded and dovetailed. 

The pedestals have chamfered corners. 

The chamfering creates a lighter look to the pedestals.

The age is circa 1880.

The knee height is 24 1/2 inches and the width of the knee hole is 25 inches.

The pedestals stand on brass casters so it is also easily moved when needed.
