Pair of Neoclassical Gilded Mirrors

No. R16125

Superb matched pair of Adam period Neoclassical gilded mirrors with segmented mirrors surrounding the vertical oval.

The crests are flowers resting on a flaring pedestal plinth, From which hang lambrequins, that are supported by stylized flowers.

Joined corn flowers form swags that connect and frame the mirror.

The segments of mirrors are highlighted by oval rosettes and the floral base decoration is centered with a similar rosette.

Truly wonderful form!
