Double sided cabinet maker sign.

The figure is of a cabinetmaker in shirt and apron, pushing a plane.

Carved by David Peterson and Frank Higgins Jr.

The  carvings were mounted on the sign made by Frank Higgins Jr.

Made in the 1970’s.

This sign was on Route 1 in Wells, Maine for many years.

One side is more weathered than the other.
